Exchange &Return Policy

At Unified Appeal, we stand behind the quality of everything we ship. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Please read the policy below carefully so we can serve you as smoothly as possible.

How to Raise a Request

All exchange and return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery). Write to us at unifiedappeal@gmail.com with your order ID, the nature of the issue, and clear photographs if applicable.

Exchanges

      We accept exchange requests for size issues or incorrect products received, within 7 days of delivery.

      We can exchange for another size or the correct product of the same value, at no extra charge. Reverse pickup will be arranged by us.

      If the replacement product is of higher value, the difference in price must be paid online before the exchange is processed.

      Products must be returned with the original label intact, folded neatly, and adequately packed. Damaged or used items will not be accepted for exchange.

      Free size exchange is available once per order.

Refunds

      Refunds are issued only in the case of genuinely defective products. Please email us with your order details, a description of the issue, and photographs.

      If a return is accepted under exceptional circumstances (correct order delivered, no delivery fault), a logistics fee of Rs. 100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

      Refunds are credited to the original payment source or a provided bank account.

      Products bought during sale periods or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.

      Any product that has been used or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please Note

      Slight variations in colour or print between your screen and the physical product are natural due to display settings. These are not considered defects.

      Do not accept visibly damaged packages at the time of delivery.

      Unified Appeal reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.

      Only one exchange or return request will be processed per order.
