Shipping Policy

We process and dispatch orders within 24 to 48 working hours of placement.

Delivery Timelines

–      Standard delivery across India: 5 to 8 working days.

–      Remote locations including Jammu & Kashmir, North East India are not serviceable.

–      In rare cases involving high demand or product availability, delivery may extend to 2 weeks. We will keep you informed.

Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, write to unifiedappeal@gmail.com

 

Our Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, assigned based on your pin code for the fastest possible delivery.

Delivery Issues

In the rare event that your tracking shows a product as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We will raise the matter with our courier partner immediately and work to resolve it. Requests raised after this window may be difficult to investigate.

Note: Delivered orders are sometimes received by a family member, neighbour, office mailroom, or building security. Please check with them before raising a concern.
